Buying real estate

It has a lot of factors that influence the decision whether it is for your family better to buy a house or apartment.

Consider what kind of housing space really need to:

  • house (old or new, with one or more housing units)
  • flat (in the center or outside the city, new building or renovating housing for)
  • building plot (for the construction of family houses or houses with a few apartments for family)

Often family in the wrong time decides to buy a bigger apartment.
